It's an interesting experiment and project. Generally, I think you are on the right track with simplification and letting the content breathe a bit. However, there are some issues I've noticed with the presentation.

First, while I like the bars showing proficiency, what does this mean to someone reviewing it? As the see you have advanced Power BI skills, what does that actually mean? How are you evaluating and quantifying that information? Are you certified or otherwise ranked having your skills evaluated by a neutral, third-party stacking you against the industry at large? It seems like a nitpick, but this is an actual challenge in presenting this type of data.

Second, you use a whole host of soft descriptions in your experience section. For example, "Created substantial value." What does that mean? How is it deemed substantial and by whom? You are a data analyst, your resume should lean towards quantification much more than qualification. Not only will your reviewers get more insights into the work you've done, you will better present yourself within the field.
